The mawr, a bird of burden used by dwarfs, humans, and elves. Also, there's a land version with smaller wings and stronger legs.

The Zalerian wolf hunting a Robbit. Just the usual dynamic.

Angler monster, a lone dweller within dark forests (although the death of one angler will often attract an entire pack).

Water dragons, a large and mysterious beast to humans. It is rumored that anyone who has seen a dragon's full form died immediately upon viewing.
